Orenda's Levels of Care
Transitional Housing
With the Transitional Housing program patients have the option of applying to live in our Transitional Housing and engaging in services at Orenda outpatient or another outpatient program in the area. Residents must be enrolled in substance use outpatient program.

Structured Environment
Your Transitional Housing program begins after your graduation from a residential treatment facility or your direct placement after detox. Orenda’s Transitional Housing programs are designed to be highly structured so that you take away the tools and skills to manage your recovery effectively through your next growth phase of independence and self-reliance.

Strong Clinical Focus
During our Transitional Housing program, we will engage each individual in an intense, individualized therapy plan to meet their strengths and needs, delivered through 30+ hours of group and individual settings. Addiction can be isolating, and groups allow you to break down barriers and learn to share and communicate in an open and honest manner.

Transition Planning
Beginning with the end in mind is always a part of any growth path or plan for change. As part of your structured therapy you will develop skills that will make the transition to less and less structure as successful one. Simply by planning for what is to come, we are able to prepare you for what may arise, and give you the confidence to navigate your challenges successfully.
